You may now claim your mail from UP Diliman from the Guidance Center. Letters from UP Manila and other campuses are not available yet. Also, please claim your letters from ADMU, DLSU and UST. Thank you!

Announcement re: college results

1. You may claim your result from the following universities at the Guidance Center:

    Ateneo de Manila University
    De La Salle University
    University of Santo Tomas
2. The qualifiers for UP Intarmed Program are requested to call Ms. Cherry of Admission Office at 536 1368 for their interview schedule. Or they may visit the Manila office to get their written notice. Attached here is the intarmed candidates.
3. Those who received notice from UP that they are OBLATION SCHOLAR are requested to visit the Guidance Center tomorrow during their free time.

ACET Application Forms

To those who did not join the batch application, the deadline of Ateneo application is August 10, 2011. For those who will submit individually, one of the parents volunteered to bring the application forms on their behalf. If they are interested, they may forward their apllication forms on Monday, August 8, 2011 at the Guidance Center with complete requirements. Applications with incomplete attachments will not be processed. The requirements are: 2 recommendation forms, secondary record forms (available already at the Registrar's Office), essay, exam permit, and acknowledgment slip. Those who will apply for financial aid have more requirements.

Batch Shirt

Votation for the Batch Shirt will be on Friday.
Mechanics will be announced to the presidents.
Please accomplish all votes per class by 2:50 pm.
Presidents, pass the voting sheets to the batch council. 


ACET Forms are due on July 15. 
All forms must be passed to the Guidance Office by this day.

ACET Forms

Please get your ACET Forms from Ate Jeng at the Guidance Office.
You'll receive an envelope containing the application booklet, acknowledgment slip, test permit, and 2 recommendation forms. Have either (a) a councilor and a teacher or (b) 2 teachers of your preference (not necessarily related to your course) to fill up the recommendation forms. Please give them ASAP so that they will finish answering them by July 15.

Maam Jeng will be in charge of attaching the 1x1 pictures in the form.

Once you complete the requirements, give them to Ate Jeng on or before July 15. All the requirements must be placed on the same envelope they were given with. Include a long plain white envelope in the big envelope. 

If you wish to avail of a scholarship, inform Ate Jeng. You will be required to fill up a separate form for it. 

DO NOT LOSE THE FORMS AND THE ENVELOPE. If you do, you'll have to pay another P500 just to get a new one. Each envelope also comes with its own application no. so don't replace it.

Room assignments remain the same as last week's.

Please take note that the deadline for the application payments (P500) is on Wednesday.
Place your payment in an envelope with your name and section and "ACET" and give it to Maam Jeng.
