Batch Congress & Payments
We will be having a Batch Congress on Friday, November 18 at 1st UB. Attendance is required. Please be at the 4th floor auditorium on time so that we don't have to extend. :D
All payments must be given to Kim Ednalino by the end of the BaCon. This includes the Batch Shirts, H/M & Retakes, Yearbook/Grad Pic. Please comply so that we can start distributing the refunds from the pictorials and additional orders.

Grad Pic Retake, Batch Shirt and Others
1) Grad Pic Retake
For those who requested and are in need of a retake, please be prepared to have it on Thursday or Friday. Prepare the necessary materials, costume, props, etc. for the creative shot if you're taking that! Final dates and details will be announced soon.
2) Batch Shirt
Payments are due next Friday, 12 noon! The presidents have a copy of the orders of their class.
Mode of payment is similar to the way you paid for the class pics. Class treasurers, the payment must be handed to me in full. Kayo bahala magcollect from your classmates, basta buo yung pagbigay sakin. So if ayaw niyong maubos ang class funds niyo, pay the necessary amount for your individual orders. ;)
3) Yearbook Payments
Migs Peralta (1000), Dennis Garcia (3000), Joshua Antioquia (3000). Malapit na mag-November. Baka pwedeng mabayaran na ito. Wag niyo paabutin ng 2012.

Grad Pics and Class Pics
Deadliest deadline for everything is on Monday, ha! Presidents, PLEASE discuss this during your respective homerooms.
1. Order forms
If you don't give your forms, you waive your right to pick the picture that will be reproduced. You waive your right to get additional orders. A softcopy of the form is available at the past posts in the batch site. If you lost your pictures, inform me by Monday.
2. Additional Payments
If you don't pay on Monday, you don't get what you order.
You may give your forms and payments to your presidents. Presidents, forward your collections to me by Monday, as well.
3. Class Pics
You NEED to pay. We all have deadlines. Graviton, Muon, Tau, Truth.
Treasurers, collect for the whole class. Let me stress that the collection is by class. So dapat, complete payment ang ibibigay ni Treasurer sa amin. We suggest that you collect during your homerooms.
We might set up again outside the caf during dismissal to collect. I'm halfday on Monday. If you wish to pay earlier, I'll most likely be doing STR. :D
4. Grad Picture Retake
Presidents, prepare a sign up sheet for your classes during homeroom for those who want and need a retake. Conditions for the retake are the ff:
- You weren't able to take either the toga or creative shot last time
- You don't like either of your pictures. If this is the case, you must be willing to pay at least an extra P600, which is for the retake only. (Breakdown: P150 for hair, P150 for makeup, P300 for at least 4 shots)
Give Lance the list by Monday as well. If we don't receive the list from your class, you waive again your right to have a retake. :D The retake will most probably be on Friday. Arrangements are still being made, so details re: exact times, etc. will be TBA. Have your props ready if you plan on using! This will be the only day available for retake, so wala nang rescheduling pag walang props ha. ;)

Deadlines for tomorrow.
The deadline for the payments for the class pics is tomorrow! Presidents/Treasurers/Reps, collect and remind.
BC2012 will be staying at a spot in the caf to accept your payments. Please look for Lance Calub Jeks Espina Jr Aldiosa Kim Ednalino. Payments must be complete (kayo bahala on how you're going to complete it, basta dapat complete ang bayad). Copies of the order forms were given to each section last Monday (unless you haven't given yours yet).
ALSO, GRAD PIC ORDER FORMS (WITH PAYMENTS) are also due TOMORROW. Let me stress that the both the FORMS AND THE PAYMENTS are due tomorrow!
You may pay directly to us tomorrow during lunch, too. Thank you. :)
PS. Elatico, Antioquia, Bo-ot, Elagio, Peralta, M., Garcia. End of September na. Hinihintay ko pa rin bayad niyo. If wala yan by *insert date here*, hindi talaga kayo masasama sa maoorder na yearbooks/gradpics. Just tell us now if magoorder pa kayo, or magaavail ng sponsorship.

Grad Pic Order Payments
For those who had additional orders, the payments are due on THURSDAY. Give to your class treasurers.
For those who haven't submitted their order forms, we won't wait for you. Sayang daw sa production time. But please consider the fact that things will be delayed if you don't submit asap. So please submit the FORM ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT not later than THURSDAY, 4:30 PM. You need not submit the pictures (except for special cases i.e. walang number label ung pictures so you put your own label and that's what you wrote in the form).

Re: Order Forms for Grad Pic
BUT you can still change the background pero you won't have to pay additional P150. We'll get the P150 from the total P1000 you paid for the grad pics.
All you have to do is check the appropriate blank in the 'reorder form' at the bottom of the page. WRITE A DESCRIPTION OF THE BACKGROUND AT THE BACK OF THE PAGE.
That's the only thing you won't have to pay for. Checking the other blanks at the reorder form will require you to pay the extra amount.
2) (@Kenny) You may choose more than 1 creative or toga to replicate.
BUT only 1 of each will be included in Package A. Indicate the one to be used in Package at the top part of the form.
Then indicate the other pictures to be replicated at the reorder form (bottom).
3) (@Kim P) Aside from those without/incomplete pictures, you can retake if you don't like your picture.
This will still be arranged so details will be TBA.
However, you are still required to submit your completely filled out order forms* and prints on Monday. Indicate if you will retake at the back of the form.
*Choose one from your toga and one from your creatives pa rin just in case na hindi matuloy ung retake or something goes wrong. At least may default.
MAJOR EDIT:
Only those with no/incomplete prints are allowed to retake. If you have both and are complete, you won't be included in the retake. Sorry. :(

Grad Pics
The grad pic contact prints along with the order forms have been distributed earlier today.
For those who lost their order forms, here's a copy:
Now, what will you do?
1. Look at the pictures. Choose a toga shot. Choose a creative shot. Choose only 1 of each.
2. Fill out the order forms.
NOTE: Package A is the default package (part of the P1000). If you would like to avail of additional copies, change in backgrounds, frames, etc., check the appropriate box for your desired additional order. Take note that each has a corresponding extra payment.
Now if you have additional orders (particularly the change in background), you must submit the PRINTS, FORM, AND PAYMENT TOMORROW to any Batch Council officer so that the photo editors can have ample time to work on them.
Write specific descriptions for your desired background/effect at the back of the form. You may attach a picture of the effect to be applied.
3. If you don't have any special background requests, the DEADLIEST DEADLINE of all these is on Monday, Sept 19. No exceptions. Presidents, collect the FORMS, PRINTS AND EXTRA PAYMENTS from each student. Give them to any Batch Council Officer afterwards.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN THE PRINTS.
4. For those who didn't receive the prints because they haven't taken their picture or there was a mix-up, the retaking would be on Sept. 24. More details to follow. If you still received either of the 2 prints, you must still fill out the form and submit them on Monday.
On another note, class pic order forms and prints must be submitted to Maam Cion's pigeonhole by tomorrow, 12 NOON. :D Please summarize(total) the orders for each student at the side of the form. You may photocopy the order form for easier collection of payments. Each picture costs P50. Payments will be collected next Friday/next next Friday.

Grad Pictorial Stuff
Please please please don't move your creative shot pictorial to another day. No one will be allowed anymore because we don't have time na (No, seriously, wala nang lilipatang schedule haha).
BRING ALL YOUR NEEDED PROPS ON THE DAY OF PICTORIAL. No more excuses on that. For the creative shot, if you will request a diff. style for the hair and make-up, you will be charged 150p for each because it's not part of the package (for those asking, the package is P850, but the yearbook package is P2000+ so you really need to pay extra for that). You don't need to pay on the spot. It will be reflected on the order form with the contact prints. All accounts must be settled by August 31 for that. If you don't pay for it, your pics won't be given to you, simple as that. Please pay because delay of that would mean the further delay of the yearbook itself.
For the following people, your creative shot must be taken by AUGUST 17. It's either that or never. You may take your creative shots on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Take the responsbility of talking to your respective subject teachers if you will be late because of the pictorial. That's the studio's last day, too.

Graduation pictorial schedule
- Please be punctual. Be at the ASTB Exhibit Hall on time so that we can avoid delays.
- You will be excused from any and all subjects that will be affected by the grad pic ONLY. You will not be excused for the whole day. (e.g. students who are scheduled for an 8 AM to 9 AM shoot will be excused from their first and second subjects ONLY They are expected to show up on time for their 3rd period.)
- For those who will not be able to go to their assigned time slot, please inform any Councilor immediately (ideally, within the next 24 hours, ie by 11:59 PM on August 9, 2011). As much as possible, keep your reasons valid.
- BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE MISSED. CONSULT IF NECESSARY.
- If you have any inquiries, approach any Councilor.
- Remember to notify your elective teachers about your schedule for the graduation picture when necessary.

Grad Pic & Letters
Finelight Photo Studio will be providing the attire for everyone on the shoot. Guys can bring their own set of formal shirt and tie. Girls need not bring clothing. There will be a make-up artist and hair stylist and stylist-in-general there, so don't worry about your good looks.
Now, for the more URGENT matter: please think of your creative shot requirements and email them to the following by 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT (I don't know which date to put HAHA. Basta MAMAYA):

Make them as SPECIFIC as possible; if you can provide a picture, a color, or whatever, that would be better. Also, if you really can't think of your creative shot, the studio has as a variety of backdrops and concepts from which you could choose from. The only disadvantage of of choosing from those is that other people would somewhat have the same shot as you would.
Be reminded that although you submitted one, it gives you no guarantee that what you put there will be your final creative shot. It will still be subject to the feasibility of the concept itself and the availability of materials needed.
Re: Schedule: It's being finalized. Most likely, Charm, Electron, Gluon, Graviton will be moved to the next week. Just wait for further announcements.
